Roast duck, roast pork, and char siu are standards here. Can't go wrong with those (unless it's late in the day and it's been sitting out for a while).

This restaurant is A M A Z I N G. I'm a San Francisco homeboy and know the flavour of exquisite Chinese food. This is definitely one of them. They have the Cantonese flavour down as well as the freshness of the food and the quality of preparation an execution. We ordered the pumpkin/squash and scallops. I've never had a dish like this before. It had a clean taste that was not salty or sweet and had the taste of real pumpkin and VERY FRESH scallops. The roast duck was flavourful, oily had a deep robustness that only skilled chefs would be able to execute. The minced pork with string beans were amazing. Imagine a dish with dry fried stringbeans and nicely minced pork with very, very deep WOK HEI flavour to it. It's amazing execution that very few restaurants can muster. We had the har gow, which they make there and they are FAT, succulent and tasted fresh (it didn't smell like shrimp and did not have that musty fishy smell). Again, amazing. The price is AFFORDABLE and the portions were generous. I will go there again and again and bring friends. A restaurant this good that brings me back to the good times of old San Francisco must be revered and saved for generations. Thank you Cheung Hing. I shall return.

BBQ duck and char sui were good but they served it first without the rice or noodles, which didn't come until about 15 min later. Interior is pleasant and clean. I recommend everyone to give them a try.

With an encyclopaedic menu that spans everything from live seafood to Chinese bbq, it’s good to know what to order at this brightly decorated, very reasonably priced Cantonese restaurant. I’ve never been to a place with just a clay pot section, and an extensive one for that matter: the sizzling chicken and the roast pork with oyster were generous in portions and served in a comforting brown sauce. The pea sprouts with garlic were sautéed to perfection. However, the deep fried items (seafood included) were tasty, but left us yearning for a bit more of the flavor. The ginger crab could have been more gingery, the fried chicken wings a little more salty, and the salt and pepper prawns just a bit more spicy. The place is definitely worth coming back to, and with time, likely to grasp the truly standout dishes.
